Exclusive Interview with Musician Tiger Darrow Part 2

13 04 2011

Booker T. Washington student and NYU bound Tiger Darrow is becoming a regular figure at places like The Kessler.  Get to know this young rising Musician.

Tiger is one of the upcoming stars to originate from our fair burg.  In part 2 of our interview we talked about how important her schooling at Booker T. Washington has been on furthering her career.  Its been a safe place that allows for her complete freedom.  The Performing Arts staple of Dallas has cultivated a talented young woman who is mere months away from starting her ascension in NYC.  We chatted about her stop motion music video she shot, edited and released.

Here is that video.  Tiger Darrow’s ‘The Writer’ Music Video.

Now Tiger does have a soft spot for her many years living in Austin.

Tiger’s foundation has been built around her school and a big chunk to Director Robert Rodriguez.

The main arts magnet of Dallas is right at One Arts Plaza, it’s not your ordinary school.

For those not understanding the sad state of our school system (across the entire state).  Here is an educated student (4.0 GPA student) explaining the problems that arise from the continued cutting of teachers.

It’s no wonder this talented senior is heading to the Big Apple.  Tiger will be attending NYU!!

It wouldn’t be an interview with Tiger if we didn’t have a Cello story.  This one takes place in NYC!
