I chatted with the super-cool Artistic Director of the DFS, James Faust.
James has been involved in the film and entertainment world of Dallas since his days back at SMU. Well I’ll let James tell you all about how 2010 has been a really busy year and how the film on the square idea came about.
James talks about how the Peforming Arts Center really pushed the Casablanca event and it allowed for a truly magical night to happen.
Now the Dallas Arts scene has been building up for these types of events over the last decade.
James talks about how the AT&T Performing Arts Center came up with the idea to put on Young Frankenstein. The film double feature is a wonderful teaser for the ATTPAC’s Live Theatrical run of YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN at the amazing WINSPEAR OPERA HOUSE in January!!!
The event is a free night and James talks about how you can get tickets to this awesome night of spooky fun.
